Marsha’s grandfather Oliver (Zeke) Spears was an area farmer who in the 1930’s and 40’s peddled his produce to all of his friends and neighbors by horse and wagon, he also had a great love for this beautiful area in North Florida as did his father who also lived off this rich Wakulla County soil. That same “Old Fashioned ” work ethic seems to have been passed down from generation to generation. Marsha is working on her 23rd year at Ochlockonee Bay Realty and is a perennial multi-million dollar producer and will go to great lengths to help her customers attain their real estate needs. Cynthia and her family moved to Wakulla County in 1979 to open a Family Business known as “Williams General Store”. Together with her Mom “Ms. Pat” and Step Father “Beasley” they worked hard for 26 years selling Hardware, Feed & Seed, Groceries, Gas & Clothing for both Men, Women and Children. So many of our Customers we would see every day. It wasn’t long before we grew to love the people of Wakulla County and soon called it our Home. We later opened a Full Service Florist & Tuxedo Rental Shop “Creative Designs.” We had the pleasure of helping so many people plan their weddings or social events through the use of our florist. In those 26 years we grew close to many of the families thought the County.

In 1999, I opened a Floor Covering Business which is still in operation today. It was my love of helping people with selections for Interior and Exteriors of their Homes whether building or remodeling that 3 years ago drew me to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. My 17 years working with Contractors on Spec Homes to Homeowners trying to ready their home to sell – I realized that my knowledge of the Construction Industry would be a plus for my homeowners. Denise is a native Floridian, by way of Alabama some 48 years ago. After a 30 plus year career in the local government and banking industries, Denise brings a vast knowledge of the area and community to assist her clients in their real estate endeavors. Dena is a native of Moultrie Georgia where she has worked as a full-time Realtor since 1999.
