“Top Gun” Marsha Tucker is a life long resident of Wakulla County and prides herself in being a 6th generation “Wakulla Countian” and loves to share Wakulla’s best kept secrets! The lush green forest and the many rivers and bays. When traveling along our roadways it is not unusual to see a herd of deer grazing and wild turkeys or an occasional black bear. The Wakulla area is famous for its seafood and will make a tasty treat while visiting. Wakulla County is not only one of the most beautiful places on the face of the earth, our Wakulla County school system is rated as one of the best school systems in the nation! Wakulla County is just 18 miles south of Florida’s capital city, Tallahassee. Is it any wonder that Marsha’s family settled here in the 1830’s?
Marsha’s grandfather Oliver (Zeke) Spears was an area farmer who in the 1930’s and 40’s peddled his produce to all of his friends and neighbors by horse and wagon, he also had a great love for this beautiful area in North Florida as did his father who also lived off this rich Wakulla County soil. That same “Old Fashioned ” work ethic seems to have been passed down from generation to generation. Marsha is working on her 23rd year at Ochlockonee Bay Realty and is a perennial multi-million dollar producer and will go to great lengths to help her customers attain their real estate needs. Her knowledge of the market and available financial services has given Marsha the ability to become one of the leading producers, if not the “Leading Producer” in Wakulla County. If you would like more information about our beautiful county or if you are in need of a Realtor who will truly WORK for you, please don’t hesitate to call Marsha Tucker TODAY!

Robert is a Wakulla County native, whose Great Grandfather settled in the Sopchoppy area in the 1850″s. Most of the original farm has been passed down from generation to generation, and Robert says he feels privileged to own and operate a Purebred Cattle Ranch today on a part of that same land. It is Robert’s belief that land should be used in a productive and sustainable way and then passed to the next owner in better condition then when it was received. A deep and abiding respect for the land was a major factor in Robert’s decision to enter the real estate business in the mid 1960’s. Robert was actively involved in the early real estate activity in Wakulla County as a Real Estate Broker, until 1997 when he decided to retire to his farm. Robert says it has been a most enjoyable and satisfying experience, but the excitement and opportunities of the business world have called and he will now put his 30 plus years of real estate experience to work as a Sales Associate for Ochlockonee Bay Realty. Robert is a strong advocate of private property rights and believes that the bundle of rights that come with land and home ownership is the most fundamental freedom that we, as Americans, possess. His basic business philosophy is based on the “Golden Rule” and has remained unchanged over the years. “Honesty and Integrity must never be compromised”. “My goal is to help you realizes your dream of home and land ownership. Allow me to put my years of Wakulla County Real Estate experience to work for you”. You can reach Robert at 850-251-5776 or 850-962-4871.

Cynthia and her family moved to Wakulla County in 1979 to open a Family Business known as “Williams General Store”. Together with her Mom “Ms. Pat” and Step Father “Beasley” they worked hard for 26 years selling Hardware, Feed & Seed, Groceries, Gas & Clothing for both Men, Women and Children. So many of our Customers we would see every day. It wasn’t long before we grew to love the people of Wakulla County and soon called it our Home. We later opened a Full Service Florist & Tuxedo Rental Shop “Creative Designs.” We had the pleasure of helping so many people plan their weddings or social events through the use of our florist. In those 26 years we grew close to many of the families thought the County.
In 1999, I opened a Floor Covering Business which is still in operation today. It was my love of helping people with selections for Interior and Exteriors of their Homes whether building or remodeling that 3 years ago drew me to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. My 17 years working with Contractors on Spec Homes to Homeowners trying to ready their home to sell – I realized that my knowledge of the Construction Industry would be a plus for my homeowners. I take pride with each and every homeowner that I work with no matter how big or small. I let them know that sometimes it is the littlest things that they can do to their home that will attract the Buyer to say…. “This one will be MY forever home.”
